In collaboration with DanCann Pharma A/S, we developed a digital solution to support patients with health-related challenges. Our goal was to create a platform that addresses the needs of three key user groups: patients, their relatives, and healthcare professionals. The solution provides vital information and ensures peace of mind for all users involved, fostering better understanding and communication within the healthcare journey.
We focused on understanding the unique requirements of each user group, tailoring the platform’s design and functionality to their specific needs.
